I will say this, Trump’s own lawyers sent to the court an ‘internal memo’ which showcased all the plot-holes, inaccuracies, and ways to rebut the arguments they wanted to submit to court.

Trump’s “brilliant team of attorneys” literally sabotaged their own hearsay arguments, so I wouldn’t even push ‘flimsy evidence’ because they had worse than none. It was evidence stacked against them constructed and orchestrated by their incompetence.

This was a separate incident, though still pretty fitting given everything we’ve seen so far.

As for going against court orders, yeah! SCOTUS and Lower Ranking Court JUDGES all went against POTUS and told him to bring back the man / violated ‘due process’ rights found in the US Constitution. This Administration and their lawyers are the worst I’ve seen in a pretty long time, 8 years as a matter of fact.

And let’s not forget: the same media praising “skeptical judges” now were screaming about judicial overreach when Trump judges ruled against lockdowns, vaccine mandates, or student loan forgiveness. Funny how judicial scrutiny only becomes a virtue when it targets the people they hate.

I was a revolutionary long before anyone heard of Trump. My view about this has nothing to do with him.

Besides, you are wrong. This country wouldn't exist if Washington and Jefferson said "Oh, it's illegal to overthrow our rightful government, so I guess we shouldn't do it". Was that the end of democracy? No. Was it the end of "justice"? No.

You are also wrong if you're implying that I am "MAGA". Because I'm not. I hate the guy. I just happen to like some of the things he's doing. There has never been a president that I agreed with everything they did. And there has never been a president that I disagreed with everything they did.

Trump just happens to have some balls. He doesn't give a shit about political repercussions. He doesn't give a shit whether people like what he does or not. No other president in my lifetime has had those kind of balls. But those kind of balls are EXACTLY what this country needs. Because the status quo is a road to ruination - and we have been heading there fast.

"Due process" is a chance to meaningfully dispute an accusation that they are not there legally.

It doesn't mean a "trial and appeal", that's propaganda. If you demand those without good cause you're going to spend time in prison before you're deported.

NOT having due process can mean being picked up and deported even if you're there legally.

The fourteenth amendment says that every person in the US is entitled to due process.
