What is the prominent non English population of your city?

My city has a lot of historical French influence, as we were part of the Louisiana Purchase. Currently we have a large percentage of Italian immigrants and multiple traditional Italian restaurants. We also have a lot of Serbian refugees when they left Serbia to escape the violence there. Most were children or are children of those that left during that time.

My city went by "Manahatta" in Lenape language meaning "place where there are many hills" then "Nieuw Amsterdam" then New York.

Fun fact: Manhattan has LOTS of Brooks, creeks & rivers that were mostly filled in BUT under all that concrete & steel some buildings have sump pumps going 24/7.

The last time I checked it was Mexican at 60%. AA at 13%. Asian 2%. The rest white. The town has grown from 11k to 18k over the past 30 years.
