What's your population of the place you live in and the population density of it?

So I'm not gonna ask for where it is you live though if you want to put that you can. But I'm just wondering how many people live in less dense areas than me, but actually have a higher population than me.

It's enough hearing that the UK can fit inside Texas 2.5 times yet we have double the population. So was curious how many I would actually beat - especially considering I don't live in the major three city's of UK.

So where I am there's around 450k people and 11k per square mile and roughly 3.4k per square kilometre.

(Plus I was watching a video online saying a city with 560k population is a pretty small city, and there's me thinking well I doubt the density doesn't match so it's gotta be double the size of my city and low and behold it had 3.6k per square mile).

South Africa has about half the population of the UK, but has a national park larger than England, Wales and Scotland combined. Lots of wilderness and plenty of wildlife.

The rural community in which I live is about 69 sq. miles with a population of 1,598 and about 28.75 people per square mile. Population density 34.

20 minutes to the west is a city with a population of 12,844. Adjoining it, on the other side of a river and a county line, is a city with a population 181,000

20 minutes to the east are two adjoining towns with a total population of 17,242.

I live in a town in the northeast US. It is 6 miles from the ocean and has a population of 14,000 people. It is fairly rural with a couple of farms still operating but has seen growth over the last 40 years.

It is not a town with multimillionaires but it is fairly affluent. You have to have a good job to be able to afford to live here.

I just read that in a state that votes primarily democrat, the majority of people in my town voted for Trump.

California is home to 39 million people with a population density of 251.3 people per square mile. California has an area of 163,696 square miles

Compare that to your UK which has a population of 68 million, with a density of 740 people per square mile and an area of 94,354 square miles.
