How do you feel about the death of David Souter?

This news is a few days old, but still.

David Souter was a judge of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1990 till 2009. He was nominated by George Bush Sr. and was expected to be a conservative judge, but eventually became a liberal one. Appearently because Bush didn't check him and just followed the recommendation. He was 85 years old.

I have had disdain for the court in its liberal days but I have never celebrated the decline or death of a liberal judge.
