it's war and a horrible mess, so I'm surprised there haven't been more and substantially larger organization of this... like mass night of terror... globally. there's no reason it be contained to Gaza in my view and in my view of the people. They have been fighting since my earliest days watching TV...1972 Olympics!

I have no issue with people complaining about palestine and the situation.. but their stance goes to show how difficult this is to solve and why war comes at times. People like him are the ones prolonging the misery of the children there... could have been solved peacefully long ago if they learned to work with their family members and resolve their emotional wounds. Easier said than done yes, but that is the only answer.

The difference between Israel and their surrounding enemies is that Israel ONLY fights to defend itself when THEY attack. As the saying goes, if Israel was to lay down its arms today there would be no more Israel. If the Muslims surrounding them would lay down their arms today there would be peace. This is a critical distinction that the media doesn't want to publicize because it is anti-Semitic and on the side of the terrorists and enemies of Israel, The United States and freedom.

You make a great point, at least to some degree. Makes total sense.
The problem is the other perspective... it's a land dispute... they lost war after war, but they will not relinquish because of their pure hate for their relatives. As well, because of the emotional roots, the day to day living together is terrible.. the GAZA people are repressed, from their own doing, but that's how mental "illness" works. I recall seeing a young gaza boy with a backpack shot to pieces by Israeli military. Awful... reason... other gazans were putting explosive backpacks on kids as weapons. The knowledge of good and evil playing out... and it's awful.
This is truly a different can of worms to deal with.

Normally I'd go with the federal death penalty. Unfortunately, if he's executed, he'll just become a martyr for his fellow Hamassholes. So life in prison, no parole ever. In their eyes and beliefs, a life sentence is a fate worse than death.
