There's no incentive to build a factory in a country that threatens you. It's too hostile and unpredictable to build a factory in the US right now. They should do what Foxconn did in 2017. Promise to build a $10B factory with 13k jobs and then delay until Trump's first term ended and cancel the project.
Itβs not even being a rebel to go against Trump. Itβs just having common sense.

Thing about rebels they eventually start fucking up your world.
I. E. target CEO gave millions to Trump. Got fucked by his tariffs and saw his earnings cut in half.
Proof life is grey.
Also proves no matter how much a human can plan the gods win in the end.
I wonder if drug companies will rebel since Trump threatened not to let them sell cars or alcohol anymore. Silly me, that's never in a million years a place I thought I should go to buy those.

What's wrong with hitting them with tariffs on anything they try to import? If the idea is to sell to Latin America, nothing is stopping them from building a plant to better serve those countries. But, if the goal is to import those cheaply made goods back to America, then a tariff is rightly imposed.
It will be interesting to see what will happen to this company after they lose their largest market. I am sure that other American companies like Massey Ferguson and Caterpillar will be happy with this decision.
Did you watch the entire thing? Doesn't sound like it,
Yes, John Deere makes excuses about supply chain issues and lack of work force but at the end of the day they want to pay half the wages they would have to pay Americans and they expect to just bring their stuff across the border and sell them with no consequences.
It is good we have a president that is trying to keep good paying jobs from being shipped to other countries.
Let's see how long John Deere stays in business without the US market?
You can't force a square peg into a round hole.
This is what Americans should be doing to the DUHMericans who voted this imbecile into power. He needs to go
Didn't you just get done saying on another thread, that companies who exploit cheap labor should be prosecuted?
The petty man child just put them on "the list" with Xi...
As a little lad, I watched the1959-1960 TV Western,"Johnny Yuma, The Rebel," whose theme song was sung by Johnny Cash, but U. S. Rebels suck. Among other bondspeople, they enslaved my great-great-grandparents. F*** 'EM !!!
It's lawn mowing and landscaping season. That decision will last about 5 minutes. 😂
Didn't watch the video. Gotcha. Their new market doesn't really get hit with winter π
Their other reliable domestic competitors sell snow plows and other winter equipment just like them. Again, their decision will last 5 minutes. π
Business is risk. I believe they have the pulse. Unlike trump on economy
Your "beliefs" are laughable at best. Numerous countries are falling all over themselves to renegotiate trade deals that are far more fair and reasonable for the United States, and many businesses are returning to the United States. The more that the left cries, the more proof that the United States is on the proper and correct course. Instead of you posting pointless troll questions that have no basis in actual factual reality, you should try dialing whine-one-one and requesting a wah-mbulance for all of the boo-boos on your feelings. π
Your problem is you believe what he says without proof.
It has nothing to do with what he says or what I believe. It's about what's actually happening, and not about made-up paranoia and/or unimportant whiny leftist feelings. The reality is that numerous countries are currently falling all over themselves to renegotiate trade deals with the United States, and many businesses are returning to the United States.
I find rebels annoying.
