Much of what is East to you guys is West to myself.

So: where is left and right? From what I see, ''left'' in the U. S. i. e. isn't what most Europeans see in ''left''.

As a general observation (not mine only) rural areas and those with low educational (or qualification) levels tend to seek security in a repetitive and traditional environment. Where urban and/or smarter persons are less afraid of experiments or innovations.

Seeing that the world is mostly on the average and lower end of intelligence, uninformed or disinterested - I will assume that those I have to share the planet with are dominantly ''right'' (... which does not necessarily make me wrong...)

Where the extreme left tends to be similar to the right (remember - the world is a globe)

In America ex-left wingers are leaving left as liberal media loses ratings, cnn' or view or msnbc had many fans... who left out of the left. In world maybe communist china n south America is considered left.

There are more conservative people than liberals. It just seems like there is more liberals because they control the media and conservatives are too busy working and raising their families and paying taxes to make a lot of noise.
