Should I skip going to graduation 🎓?

my worst years were at school , and im not close with anyone (which makes it a good reason to celebrate leaving school , that 's the only thing i enjoy about, celebrating the idea of finally leaving school)

but i don't want to go , it's BEFORE our official exams , so basically u celebrate without knowing if ur going to pass or not (my grades are low) so its weird to celebrate when u don't actually know if u deserved it

i don't want to go , but i feel guilty if i don't bc its supposed to be " the most important day of your life"

i can just rent the gown and cap and take pics after i pass , sure i'll miss the going on stage with my friends to get the certificate thingy and throw our caps in the air , but i don't care honestly

Sometimes when we don't want to do something it is the best time to do it.. weather you Think you deserve it or not. You teacher say you do so go with it

But that tells me a lot about you that you're always striding to be better and that's cool That is very cool that you can even Say it out loud if I own A company or a business. I would want you to work for me Because you're always thinking ahead and you want to become better. That right, there tells me you deserve to graduate with your class. More than other people I would say

Trust me, high school graduation is not the most important day in the life of most people. You're 17, put it in perspective. It's a part of your life whether you loved it or not. You decide if you want to be part of the ceremony or not. But it's a one time opportunity.

I didn't go, wish I would have to check a box. it's your call, not required especially if costs $ and time. get a job instead and save some $. That is far more important. high school... is really useless except for getting the piece of paper to go forward.

I'm going to give you the same advice that I got from a very wise woman my mother-in-law told me, when she knows I didn't like celebrating my birthday, that my birthday is not for me. It's a chance for other people to say we're glad you're here. I'm telling you the same thing. Your graduation is not for you it's a chance for other people to say congratulations on a job well done. I hated high school, but, I still went
