When you see others doing "X" makes you think, chuckle, empathize, etc w/ the thought "That phase of my life is over & I don't miss it AT ALL?

For me it's MAJOR home construction. When I see these younger or newer homeowners at Home Depot or Lowe's struggling to figure it all out or just stone-faced shocked at the prices of building materials It makes me smile, chuckle and empathize.

Never thought I would miss the stroller & diaper bag but the fact is I do!

I guess when people ask for advice for homework online or I see homework / studying / stress from it on TV Shows old and new I go “happy that is out of my life forever”.

I empathize and show compassion obviously since it is a struggle, especially if it is 3 days till turn in and you haven’t started yet.. Yikes. Don’t miss those days, though wish you the best!

If you are still in school, college, or something else I wish you all the best and know this isn’t forever, you’ll come out stronger also wiser than you went in. Good luck !

Honestly, I don't miss changing diapers at all, nor using this stroller !

I don't really miss raising a kid either, though I miss this phase where they ask surprising questions lol. My bestie's son asked me yesterday if Russia has nuclear bombs, and if so why aren't they using them, as well as why EU or USA doesn't use nukes against Russia. He's 9yo, I have the strong impression that he started studying WWII lol, I'm so insightful 😂

Yeah I don’t miss raising 5 kids in the house, my daughters were cute babies but it was so stressful, glad they are grown up and doing better than me now
