Does anyone else feel perfectly fine half the time then the other half feel really sad?

And then, sometimes I'm just totally numb while I silently drink alcohol.

It's all about knowing how to catch yourself. If you need to be sad be sad but if you want to be happy bring your focus to something else. Gag is a good way to cheer you up sometimes. Some of these posts can bring a smile to anyone's face. But talking with people are also helpful too.

Get involved in community sport like rugby or bowling clubs really helped me when I was stressed out lost my dad to cancer.
