Absolutely no.. If by definition, peace is the state of not being in war, it’s war that disrupts peace. Aggressiveness might feel like a natural aspect of our daily lives as human animals, but it’s no longer necessary for survival. That's why we've developed diplomacy, international organizations and things like courts, trials and non-violent protests exist to peacefully resolve conflicts without resorting to force
War is profitable mostly for politicians, billionaires and arm manufacturing companies, thus a perverse incentive exists to maintain the ability and interest to create war. The vast majority of humans wish to live their lives in peace and handle conflicts with respect and without aggression.
Dictators, who direct invasions of other countries should be resisted with a global military, but rather they become entangled in complex proxy wars with larger nations that have war-like economic and political agendas.
War… what is it good for? Absolutely nothin’!

  Not necessarily. Both Pakistan and India both achieved their full independence without military conflict to remove British rule through non-violent protests. It is possible to achieve peace through boycotts, marches, peaceful protests and diplomacy
