That is a harsh question. War can occur for many reasons. Are you being attacked, Is this self protection, retaliation. Are you going to war for economic enhancement. You have to remember that WW!! got us out of a depression. Made a lot of people wealthy, but at what price? Sons of American mothers sent to fight so someones profit margin does not suffer. It only cost a few sons. All the while the military leaders who yelled war are not on the battlefield risking their lives. Or in our case has never served in the military in the first place. Gives real meaning to the word "Casualty". Or going to fight communism, seems to me that it did not need any help collapsing on it's own. No winners. But is peace any better? Truly don't know

I more support Cold War. I think China will be better for that. It is 1938 in my reading and a Cold War is our best chance of avoiding a hot war.
China might have worked that out after April 2.

Peace, but also self-defense.
I've no time for people who pretend Ukraine continuing to fight against their invaders aren't for peace; one country, one person, is capable of instantly bringing peace to Ukraine, and that's Putin's Russia.
