His first one was decent up until covid. He had people around who would stop him from going too far. Now he surrounded himself with loyal asskissers who lack the courage to stand up to him. This is the result.

I think he handled COVID well.
That's actually kind of true, because he said on Rogan that his biggest regret from his last term is hiring certain people. IE, "people who kept him in check".
He'll only work with people who agree with him 100%. That's why he had a fallout with Musk. Musk was literally doing what he hired him to do, but when HE became the target, Musk was suddenly a problem.
