Assuming you weren’t married at the time
1. Give it all to charity and none to your children
2. Give some to charity and some to your children
3. Give it all to your children and none of the money to charity.

2. Bit of both. Enough to the family that if they are smart they'll have plenty to fall back on and won't be financially insecure, and a good chunk to some sort of charity fund.
Alternatively, will it someone I know would manage the money in a way that would benefit charity even if it officially stays private. But in general, no one person needs that much money for anything.
I don’t want that kind of money. Unless you give it away, it becomes blood money that sends you to hell.
If I got enough time to prepare:
I'd convert as much as possible into cash, then bury it somewhere.
In my last will there will only be a treasure map.
Next, I'll watch (from heaven or from hell) all the idiots chasing and digging for my stash. And I'll have some beers, hopefully, while doing so.
Number 2 if I had kids

it would go some trust funds... some for the children's future
but most of it back to the community that "made me that rich"
not to "charity"
My net worth is considerably less than that, but I will probably leave most to my nephews and nieces as I have no kids and don't expect to in the future.
Give most of it to various charities. My child would be thrilled to have 5% of it.
Leave it to my wife but, see to it that each of our kids get a million or two.
None of the above. I have no children. Some to certain relatives and some to friends.
I know 1 think I will not work anymore. people say and that. Who knows till you get it.
Give it all to my children
I have no idea.
