Trump has done some enormous flouting of the rules of Constitutional law that the Declaration of independence outlines as their problem with King George III and their reason from cutting themselves off from England.

But, we have a Senate and House of Representatives who

also know that the recent bill they passed and the actions over the deportations of and holdings in foreign jails are all Constitutional violations of the rights of these people,--who, because they are on American soil have Constitutional rights to representation, trial by jury, etc.

Citizens depend on our Congress to represent us and act in our best interests. Tax cuts for the very rich, healthcare cuts for the very poor, and deportations for immigrants who've been here for decades working and paying taxes, and who are not gang members, as the president bloviates and misrepresents, do not help legal citizens and deny others the few rights they have here as non-citizens.

It's not this simple or straightforward. But a lot is wrong here.

1. Trump continues to violate the law as enumerated in the Constitution with impunity, and over time, this has gotten progressively worse.

2. Congress has essentially decided to ignore Trump's violations of the law.

3. DIstrict Courts have ruled against trump and he has violated court orders or ignored them or both.

4. Our Supreme Court has essentially supported Trump, and when it has ruled against him, he has ignored those orders and defied them, and there have been no consequences to him for doing so.

Well if we're being perfectly honest, it was an indictment of the current British Monarch at the time but, it was also a power grab by the the local landed aristocracy who had established themselves in the new colonies. They were not interested in the ideals they scribbled down in the Declaration Of Independence and later in the Constitution as much as they were in securing power for themselves as rich White landowners who had witnessed the meddling of the Catholic Church and the Church of England combined with corrupt inbred European monarchies fucking things up forever.

Trump was elected by the people, he didn't inherit his office. The Founding Fathers were somewhat wary of a powerful Federal Government for fear of what it would do (although this too has been exaggerated by some Far Right Wing extremists who basically want to take us back to the days of the Articles of Confederation), however liberals largely pushed for a stronger Federal Government so they could enforce desegregation. Eisenhower for instance, sent in soldiers to enforce Brown vs. Board. Fair enough, but Trump cannot be denied that power now when public order is in danger. As for the other stuff, we need more specific context as to what you mean.

None of these are things Trump is or has done to us that previous Presidents including Biden didn't also to to us. Most of this you are reading incorrectly and out of context from the 18th Century. For example, Standing armies are actual armies and American Colonists had to live with, house, and feed the British soldiers. The 3rd Amendment strictly prohibits this act. Trump has not violated the U. S. Constitution on that matter.

Joe Biden used it as his own private SS. Millions were spent and people's rights were violated to imprison over 1500 Americans for 20-30 years for trespassing. One man was tracked down for 4 years finally finding him in rural Maine. For trespassing.
Many were denied legal representation and many were not even charged.
