Another GAG member asked a similar question with the act spelled out. What he failed to add in there was DUE PROCESS. When i mentioned this, this blue anon deleted my comment. So i will add it now.

This does not apply to Trump for two reasons. One he didn't participate, In fact he offered to use the national guard/army, and Nancy Pelosi denied him. Second, he was never convicted or even charged with insurrection. Those that have this wet dream about him not winning the presidency because of that part of the constitution are either delusional, or too stupid to understand the concept of due process. And to that blue anon that removed the above from his question. Please do better.

These are the same people who think advocating for due process in a sexual assault case makes you a rape apologist.

It's no wonder they actually think Trump is guilty despite the establishment spending years trying to prove that he was behind the J6 riots and failing. Their glowing rectangles keep telling them he was the mastermind repeatedly and it became fact in their mind.
