MAGA uses this term to basically reference POC and women for that matter to play down their abilities to do their jobs or succeed in life. They knew they couldn't get around calling African Americans the N word so they invented a new term. So yes, it's still alive today.

What I do agree with, however, is that too many people are leeching off social welfare when it should be the ones who truly need it, not just those who don't want to work. They abuse the system and I'm not OK with that.
