And number three man at Biden's DOJ Matt Colangelo suddenly quit his high ranking position to work in the backroom of NY prosecutor Alvin Bragg's office to help prosecute President Trump. If you look at all these "coincedences"the answer is pretty obvious.

I'm voting for Trump as well. He's going to clean up house and they're knees are shaking because it includes fixing their little red wagons and they can't handle it. As hard-working conservative Latinos living on the border here with Mexico for most of our lives we can't wait for Trump to return things back to normal. My 401Ks and investments almost tripled under Trump's administration. Why would I not vote for this man? Biden's inflation BS has got groceries through the roof, gasoline at super high prices. Well, seeing how the core foundation of the evidence you purport to exist doesn't actually exist as a factual matter... neither of those statements would technically be true.

He has felony convictions, but those convictions are based on a legally insufficient foundation to make a proper conviction on those charges. For fraud (falsification of business records), you need to have a requisite intent to deceive that the weight of the evidence has not clearly demonstrated in any way. And then, even if the man did intentionally falsify his business records, the statute of limitations had run. The basis for allowing Trump to be charged despite the SOL was that he falsified the records in the process of committing another crime, but then the prosecution never accused him of any crime. How can someone punish you for a crime if they don't tell you what they're accusing you of.

What happened to Trump is the equivalent of a teacher punishing your child because their gut instinct tells them your kid did something wrong, but they can't put their finger on what that something is, so they're preemptively punishing your kid just in case.

The man may be mentally ill, but that doesn't change the fact he he has civil rights of due process.
