A really attractive guy could get with mostly all single women if he says the right thing and has good enough game. Or no matter what a really attractive guy does or says most single women do not want to date/hookup with him and just want attention and validation from him?

Neither.
The first opinion is wrong because there is little consensus in what women find attractive. One girl could completely lust over a guy other girls find repulsive, and vice versa. So the conventionally attractive man can get some women, but not all. The second is wrong because again, only some women want validation. Others don't. That means only some women would get with an attractive man solely for the validation.

Ok cuz like I totally get the vibe with a lot of women I’ve talked to that they had absolutely no desire to date me or get to know me and genuinely just wanted the attention and it’s very hard to tell which is which. What portion of women do you think do this?

Well that’s fair. What about in like a club or bar setting tho? I agree with what ur saying in other settings but clubs feel different to me or something.

You might be right. Clubs are better for hookups than serious dating. And where there’s guys wanting to hook up there will be girls looking for attention.

It only makes sense that a guy is going to strike out the majority of the time no matter how attractive he is or no? Do u think it’s possible for a guy to get with the majority of women he talks to? Or does it just simply not work like that?

The more attractive he is the easier it will be for him to hook up in general

Let’s say the guy is a male model, would the majority of girls be interested in dating him upon looking at him or do women have such diverse dating preferences that no one guy will attract the majority of women?

A lot of girls would like him. No clue if it would be a majority. A majority would be hundreds of millions so no way to measure that.
