When I was younger I did. Now days however, if I don't wanna hurt their feelings I just dodge the question, because I hate lying.

Like some girl asked me to rate her feet, and I didn't wanna tell her they were ugly, so I just didn't answer

Seldom but, yes I've done it. Only when telling the truth is pointless and wouldn't help the person. More harm than good.
