Yes regularly.
I am a pretty honest person, at least I try to be creditable but there are only one type of situation where I don't mind lying, that is when I am not afforded to decline an answer; so if someone doesn't bother to allow me basic level of comfort I am not going to obligate myself to give them the truth.
However there are multiple ways to lie while being completely creditable, because other than the face value of our speech, word choice and structure also insinuate emotions or details that doesn't always hold the same accountability so we might call them white lies. But it's not only what we present it's also what we decide to withhold to shift the presumptions of second parties and manipulate our representation.

Well of course a significant part of that is reasonable filtering, since it just isn't possible to always allow sufficient context with great accuracy, yet it can also be a malicious subversion because frankly if the conversation lacks a reasonable acknowledgement of parties intentions more harms can lay inside those white lies.

Yes all the time especially w women cause too many of them get hurt easily. Do I look fat? Am I ugly? Is this dress ugly? Etc.
