None that I can recall that he personally did but some were deported by accident according to the news that I don’t always believe

I know they say that Garcia was a mistake, but what they're talking about is they shouldn't have arranged for a prison cell for him in El Salvador. That doesn't mean that he shouldn't have been deported, though. He absolutely should have been deported.
