What do you think about street drinkers?

Depends on what you mean. In Europe you can drink on the streets, in the parks and on the beaches and that works for most of the people most of the time. Having a nice barbecue in a park is somewhat pointless without cold beer, so I support our freedom. What I don't like, is the hardened drinker scene, homeless or at least jobless alcoholics that takeover spaces in public, leave a mess, harass other pedestrians and require constant police attention.

In Taiwan you can drink in the street, park , etc.
