There are many levels of drunkness. I've reached them all in a previous life. Having a few beers and getting tipsy is still being drunk. Whenever you feel the high of alcohol you're getting drunk. But you can still maintain control.

Differs a lot from person to person. Some are machines, some get out online after just 1 drink. And loses their sense of what is going on a lot faster.

This is completely different from someone who drinks severely every day, to lose the awareness of what is going on in the now ok purpose. Because coping with life and the amount they drink has gotten the better or them.

Alcohol is one hell of a powerful intoxication. And it is not good for the body or brain to abuse. Its worse then many hardcore drugs. It really eats your sanity slowly.

Taking a few beers and being an alcoholic is very different, but it all starts somewhere 👍

If anything It just makes you have more free will so if a person wanted to rape someone but didn't have the will to do it now they do.
It does not take away your ability to free will, what it does is take away your ability of self control.

This does not make all guys rapists though when they drink because of course a lot of us don't want to rape in the first place.
Can't lose self control over a thing I ain't controlling because I don't have any urges to do it anyway.

So if a man raped a woman while drunk it just means that's something they have always somewhere wanted to do. Which without the influence they may have never done.

Though as for awareness part depends how far long gone they are. But if they have such urges they probably shouldn't drink in the first place though in a cruel irony that's probably why they drank in the first place.

Well, if a drunk man and a drunk woman have sex, legally speaking, the man is guilty of rape because, as is expected, the man is viewed as the aggressor because of the nature of sex being something a man does to a woman, and the typical view society holds that men are always the perpetrators and women are always the victims. This is the sexist men still face today in 2022.

Yes, men are stronger and they potentially force themselves on women, but it's never fair to assume that has happened without facts supporting it. The sexist bias and prejudice against men is clearly not fair because it presupposes guilt.
