Do drunk actions mean anything?

I have a very reserved guy friend. He and I have become very close in the last month or so, we have similar personalities and just click. We tend to drink together pretty often lately and both of us are kind of touchy drunks. Whenever we walk to the bars from my place (a couple of drinks in) we always hold hands or are linked in some way when we walk and then we usually end up dancing together at the bar. We’ve kissed a couple of times while drunk but I can’t tell if it means anything sober. While drunk he’s told me how much he looks forward to seeing me and has gone as far to say that he misses me if I’m not a part of the group hanging out at my house (we’re in college together and he spends a lot of time at my place).

Does it seem like he’s into me as more than a friend? If you have questions about other details, I’m happy to answer

Another thing that happens when we are sober is that we jokingly say we’re dating, I think a couple of his friends believe it and that’s something that further has me questioning what it means when we’re drunk-we act more like we actually are dating, I guess

No. Some people say being drunk reveals the truth but thats utter nonsense. I wouldn't read too much into any drunk action as you've got no idea at all what was going through that persons mind (if anything) at the time.
I would say this as a word of warning though: make a sober move sooner rather than later. This girl and I did exactly what you're describing and it went on for literally years. Our drunk behaviour was always flirty: dancing, tickling, kissing. But we never soberly crossed that boundary from friend to something more.
It got so bad that when we eventually went on a date, we ended up getting ridiculously drunk.
If I were in your shoes right now, id try my best to move things forward soberly and just see how he reacts. Worst that happens is that he's not interested but I can tell you from genuine experience that the opposite is torturous. It destroys your soul by the end of it.

i have a friend who snapchats me when he’s drunk... i kind of miss him so whenever he doesn’t that it’s nice. there must have been some impulse in his brain to snapchat a certain person so yes, i think they do mean something
