They lowered the water level a QUARTER OF AN INCH.

Twice in the last month, it's increased and decreased more than FIVE INCHES due to normal increases and decreases of rain.

Those reservoirs go up and down that much on a regular basis. It's completely normal. To say you are making a big deal out of nothing is a vast understatement.
