Should the USA cutoff for kids to be on their parents health insurance be 26? Should Congress revisit this? Why or why not?

Just "what's the right age?" I'm very well aware the USA is (thanks to 1/3 MAGA) a savage capitalist dystopia with selfish inhumane morons as citizens. This question shouldn't even exist in a rational society.
