Will Trump start a war to stop the 2028 election?

In his meeting with Zelinskyy, Trump learned that Zelinskyy had suspended elections while they were at war with Russia. Trump was intrigued by this and mentioned something about how being at war means you can suspend elections. Trump likes being POTUS, he's already trying to find ways to be POTUS after January 2029. It looks like he's considering starting a war to suspend elections. I don't know if he'll do it before the 2026 midterm, but he might before the 2028 presidential.

The sad thing is that I think you're hoping for a war. When Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and John Kerry voted for the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, Trump was against them and said that was stupid.
When the loony left chanted for 4 years that Trump would never leave office because he was a dictator, he left office, and prooved them wrong.

Now it's deja vu all over again, because, again, the lefty loons are doubling down on stupid, and saying that Trump won't leave office and he'll even start a war. Why not focus on reality instead of your chronically wrong Nostradamas-like predictions?

He didn't really leave until there was a very real chance he would have been forcibly removed. As for starting a war to suspend elections, it's a possibility. Normally, I would say it won't happen, but most things since Trump was elected in 2016 are things I would say won't happen. Such as a worldwide pandemic. So, I'm now not discounting anything.

Not really. We’ve had actors in politics before, including two Governors of California and a US President. And a really rich guy running for President, well Perot and Bloomberg did (billionaire businessman Perot foreshadowed Trump). Steve Forbes as well, although he wasn’t quite in their league financially. There’s been talk of Mark Cuban running as well. So not so surprising after all.

Trump will be 82 at the end of his term. He has an awesome family, he has more money than god, he has 16 golf courses around the world, he lives in the palace that most people dream about, unlike joe, Trump donates his presidential salary to charitable donations.

Yeah, I can totally see why he would want this thankless un-paid civil servant job for another four years. Maybe he likes to thrill of snipers shooting at his head? Maybe he likes being the global pinata for all of the low IQ people who can't see the forest for the trees.
