The United States is the Constitution, nothing else. Without the Constitution the prosperous coastal states will separate from the money-sucking rural states. Sounds good to me.

So basically for illegal aliens we have a binary form of due process. Either they are here illegally or they are here legally., It is a black or white situation. The democrats want each illegal alien to get a jury trail and an appeal. This would take several hundred years to process 20 million. We would have to build giant detention facilities to store them until their court date comes up which could take several years.
Instead due process would consist of one question. How did you enter the US. ? Simple?

It does not matter whether or not it is a "binary process" - you could apply that same logic to murder, or burglary, or almost any other crime. We also still have amnesty in some circumstances. It is not as simple as you think it is, and *everyone* is still entitled to due process, whether you like or approve of it or not.

That is our law and you need to respect it. If you dislike it so much, try to change it - good luck with that.
