Yes, I agree with Trump. There are times the Constitution must be terminated.

The Constitution of the United States is a compact among the states that limits the power of the federal government. That is it is a contract that must be followed for a federal government to even exist. The Constitution of the United States clearly states:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion"

The U. S. Government has failed to fulfill this aspect of the contract, thus legally is in breach of contract. So if the terms of the contract are not upheld and can not be remedied, it is dissolved and their is no more federal government. They have no authority to rule. So if we track back to The United States Declaration of Independence it clearly states:

"... when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security"

Clearly the The United States Declaration of Independence doesn't mince words and tells us exactly what to do in this situation. It is a usurpation. So in such an event we are suppose to tell federal government to go eat a bag of dicks and we can even go back further into American history to see what happens next in Rules and Articles for the Better Government of the Troops

when unconstitutional and oppressive acts are carried out there is an indispensable duty, for the express purpose of securing and defending these Colonies and preserving them that an armed force be raised sufficient to defeat such hostile designs, and preserve, and defend the Lives, Liberties, and Immunities of the Colonists.

So rigging an election with assistance from foreign powers can trigger FEMA Continuity of Government measures which may suspend The Constitution of the United States and treat Washing D. C. as enemy territory under belligerent occupation which means the Law of War Manual would now need to be referenced for legal duty of the occupying power to ensure public order and safety until the end of occupation.

So yes a Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution that you are accustom to even if Trump doesn't want to suspend the Constitution. The process is older than the United States.

In case you don't understand that, the Army is older than the The Constitution of the United States and The United States Declaration of Independence. In it's founding charter it has an unavoidable obligation to defeat such hostile designs against Americans and preserve and defend the Lives, Liberties, and Immunities of the people. The Air Force being derived out of the Army Air Services, Air Combat Branch, and Signal Corps has the same mission. The Space Force being organized under the Department of the Air Force also has the same mission. So in rigging an election, Democrats and associated foreign agents declared war on the Army, Air Force, and Space Force. Tell me how that works out for you in a couple years... :)
