The Trump administration has argued that the summary killing of 11 people it accused of running drugs was legal under the laws of war. A Venezuelan boat that the U. S. military destroyed in the Caribbean last week had altered its course and appeared to have turned around before the attack started because the people onboard had apparently spotted a military aircraft stalking it, according to American officials familiar with the matter.

President Trump has said he authorized the strike and claimed the boat was carrying drugs.

This was a war crime. Anyone within the military who participated in this operation seems to have followed an unlawful order. As such each one of them should be held fully accountable for this crime.

I just want evidence it was a drug vessel and if they can’t provide conclusive evidence , then there was never any evidence to suspect it in the first place and was an uncalled for unjust illegal action.

What they are doing is right... stopping drugs become they come in. Flying them in, boats, etc.. But does require proper processes and validation.

Not enough of an indicator for what? You don't even know that there were any drugs. You also don't know that the people on the boat that were killed were actually terrorists as Trump described them. These were just excuses he made up for killing them.

No warnings were given. There is no evidence that the men in the boat were drug dealers or terrorists, and no evidence that there were drugs in the boat at all, and no evidence that the boat was headed for the US or could have made it there.

The only evidence is that the US President is a murderer.
