If you don’t like a SCOTUS ruling, what do you do about it? You clearly don’t understand the Fourth Amendment or the fact pattern in the case.

But since you want to punish the Justices for a ruling that doesn’t fit your ideology, what did you have in mind?

Explain to us how you would gain a search warrant for someone who does not have an identity or papers.

It also says that people are to be safe with their papers (proof of citizenship, Visa, etc.).

@dustybiker2 For an example, waiting out side a coutroom. - ICE is aware that the person being tried is an illegal alien and the local authorities refuse to cooperate with ICE so they have to wait outside and make the arrest out in the open.
As I predicted, these policies were going to get somebody killed. Last week an ICE agent trying to make an arrest was dragged as he tried to extract a criminal out of the car he was in. He was hospitalized and there was gunfire. Fortunately it was the illegal alien who was killed and not a bystander. The next time we might not be so lucky.

It's not that simple. They're wrong obviously but the remedy is CONGRESSSIONAL legislation.
