Danger to democracy?

Now that Jimmy Kimmel got yanked, good old Chuck Schumer is off his rocker claiming "it's a danger to democracy" and yapping about 1st amendment etc

Those of us with an IQ higher than Ocasio Cortez (>85) clearly remember when Tucker Carlson was fired for questioning the election and the same Schumer explained that Carlson HAD to get fired in order to SAVE our democracy and the things HE said was dangerous and not covered by the 1st amendment (questioning the outcome of an election is not allowed when the left wins)

Is it just me, or does it seem like every time something FITS the agenda on the left it's somehow "saving our democracy" and then when something is against the leftists' agenda it's (somehow) a "threat to democracy"?

Do the leaders of the left (cortez, Schumer, Crockett and newsome) know that their voters are too dumb to know what the word "democracy" means and therefore fall for their claims like a blind roofer?
