If Egypt attacks them first, like so many have done before Israel will strike back. - In fact, Egypt has attacked them twice in the past when they least expected it, but they now have a truce with Egypt, so I don't think Egypt would break it. Because if they sneak attack them again, especially with a peace agreement between them, I'm sure Israel will gladly kick their asses again as it has in the past and with the biggest boot they have to wear.

Generally the Egyptian government has been arresting members of the Muslim Brotherhood (i. e. Hamas) and rejects Palestinian refugees because they understand the security risk. Egypt and Israel have common goals in that regard.
