It would have to be an emergency before I’d use a public bathroom for anything other than urination.

They use the whole roll, it's not just a sheet, you know the side part of the roll where you can see all the paper overlapping each other? They poke that part to clean their needles basically making the whole roll unusable

Yes if I need too. Last time was at night and I had to use a torch because the lights weren't working and it was pitch black.
