In California any merchandise coming into California that may cause cancer and/or birth defects has to have a warning ⚠️ sign and a description. Good?

Due to California's Proposition 65, everything we purchase has these ⚠️ WARNING⚠️ signs on it if it has carcinogens in it.
My socks, my stereo, my clothes, anything plastic, and the list goes on.
They warn of DEPH, which is known to cause cancer and birth defects. Maybe other chemicals as well.
I've seen maternity clothes with this warning ⚠️ and have to wornder 🤔 if you don't live in California and buy these clothes online, you won't get the warning, and wearing them could give the baby birth defects. And you could get cancer.
The other day I bought a clothes hamper online for my clothes that need to be washed, but it had the warning ⚠️ sign on it after it was delivered.
I just threw it in the trash and sucked up the $30. It's too darn hard to send it back.
I just wonder 🤔 why ALL states don't use these warnings and let the consumers choose if they still want the product or not. But they should be warned at least.

That's a good thing. Can't do any harm to warn people.
Now if they could do it to agricultural products that are treated with toxic poisons like glyphosate. Also to processed foods. And also to medications.

It's foolish and waste of time. If you live long enough you'll get some form of cancer whether you know it or not. Why isn't there warnings every time you breath in the air that it could kill you.
California and many other states have foolish laws that are a complete waste of time. If a human is a complete idiot and that stupid they appear to be a waste of time and effort to the rest of the race to worry about.
If you don't know something as simple as ordering a hot drink and it's hot and may cause a burn if mishandled that's just complete stupidity.

Remove All warning labels nobody reads them anyway and it would solve so many worldly problems, lack of oxygen, lack of food and water, lack of space and knowledge.
Just my personal opinion on warning labels.
