Because he lives in a fantasy world. The only truth is his wishes. He wishes food was lower , so he says they are lower. Like he has maybe a few billion in investments coming and says it is 21Trillion. He only accepts positive news from his intercircle. He just pulled those Tariff numbers out of his butt. Most countries only charged US 1 to 4% Tariffs.
