It IS becoming worse for him the more Epstein files are released., More Republicans are on the wagon now for releasing them. Once they get to vote on whether or not to release them completely, it will go to the Senate. If it passes. Trump can vote to veto this. But— there is a way to override his veto and have them made known to everyone.
I know of a news source that says there is much more in the files than just being at the Epstein compound with 13 yr old girls. That is serious, but this involves Epstein communicating with Russia. It’s more of a mess than we all know.

Trump's mental and physical condition is declining noticably week by week. That's going to end his presidency. He's barely coherent now, unable to stay on topic for more than a sentence or two before wandering off into some irrelevancy. He falls asleep in serious meetings and is having difficulty walking. "Advanced imaging" is only done when someone is exhibiting symptoms of a serious internal disorder. In Trump's case, this is likely some heart problem or a brain scan for signs of progressive dementia.
No , it will not end his presidency but it makes him look very suspicious. I suspect he has ordered people in the government to redact his name from the files. I don't know if he every messed around with underage girls but I think we will ever truly find out who actually engaged in statutory rape because I think that if there are actual tapes of rich and powerful people doing that those tapes have been destroyed or they are in some far off vault that like may one or two people on the plant know about.
