There won’t be enough rich people for him to tax because they’re all leaving New York.
He did just bend the knee to President Trump during their meeting most likely because of this. His socialist friends aren’t going to approve of that

Only problem is that Long Island is an island off the coast of Connecticut. If it did that it would probably have to be part of CT, which could be even worse!

New York is a gigantic state that goes from Long Island in the East which is near Connecticut Massachusetts and Rhode Island almost to Montreal, Canada and almost to Ohio in the Western part. The vast majority of NY land area is wilderness, rural or suburban. What most people don't know is that by area the majority of the state is solid RED.

It is only New York city (a few square miles) and a few other minor cities in NY that are blue. But by population, they make up the majority so they determine how elections go.

The rest of the people in NY call them "Cityits."
