Why do you think? It’s only the most long running insult people have made fun of—his disastrous and overuse of badly blended foundation, bronzer, and spray tan. That’s why they call him, “the ORNAGE Menace” ….., or “OrangeTang” …, or “OrangeTurd” …. etc.

It’s often applied unevenly, or haphazardly where it makes him look even more insane and ugly, especially combined with his insane birds nest of wild hair plugs. Part of his narcissistic personality disorder is his infamous vanity, and the importance he puts on props and superficial ‘looks’ —So he is very particular about his ‘image’ (albeit distorted) and seems to think all that orange crud on his face, plus spray tan, makes him look younger, more vital.
