Yes Jen, I just finished baking the potato casserole. My sister is the "boss" today in the kitchen. lol
Will watch the dog show with my mom. She is obsessed with it.
My sister invited over a friend that has nobody to celebrate with. I will see my nephew also.

  @exitseven It is a Chinese delicacy and I try to indulge her in those things because she lived there for 29 years before coming to the US and she only returns to visit once a year. So, I take her to a hot pot restaurant about once a week and when she cooks roast duck, I let her have all of it. And I encourage her to make her return visits; when she first met me, she had not visited China in 10 years!

  I was in a firehouse one day and one of the guys shot a couple of ducks and he roasted them. They invited me to sit down and join them. They told me to watch out for buckshot.

  Now this is a fun topic!! Yum Yum... I'll have other form of meat over turkey. In this case Peking Duck.
  I just bought 1/2 of roasted duck for mom (She came back on Wednesday from China and I wanted to make sure she has food in her refrigerator.)

I am celebrating. I cooked turkey, ham, candied yams, green bean casserole, turnips, 5 cup salad (it’s not a salad lol) and home made rolls
