im assuming a photo was sent or received.

the person who sent the photo, is being negatively talked about behind their back. not a good look.

but if you talk to em or be like hey man wtf was that thing you sent me and you joke about it. it could be positive.

in a neutral context maybe some nudes were accidently leaked to a family member. and they are trying to respect boundaries.

I voted "positive". I live in the US and there is so much snitch culture and karen culture here, it's annoying. It's better when people don't shame you and mind their own business
