Women don't understand the workplace because it's been a man's world for basically all of human history except up till 30 years ago. They don't understand accountability the way men do. Or why taking accountability actually helps you.

I am not sure. I think humans are biologically wired to do a lot of things and yet resist on the daily. What seperates a loyal man and the rest, is that he can resist and cares about the consequences of his actions and the feelings of his wife.

Disagree. Men who need mental health support and do not seek it, are weak.

It depends on the man, but generally I disagree. There are great single fathers out there. Women hold an advantage though, being better at juggling many things at the same time. When my dad got sole custody of my little brother, he was chronically stressed and the house was a mess. I often felt like I had to pick up the pieces.

I don't think mental health support is needed for strong minds. A strong mind can rationalize scenarios and know how to get through it through logic and willpower. I think stoicism is a respectable trait that should be encouraged, especially so for men. However, it's okay to be weak. I would never hate someone for that. And it's okay to seek help. But it doesn't change the fact that they have a weak mind. To try and put it into perspective, it's like if you say someone isn't weak for going to the gym. They ARE weak to begin with. And that's why they're going to the gym. To be stronger. Just like someone who needs mental health support. They're weak mentally and they seek therapy to get stronger mentally or overcome whatever traumas they had in the past.

Statistically, it's proven that children with single fathers tend to do better than single mothers (on average). I say this as a guy raised by a single mother who I consider incredible. Children raised by single mothers are more likely to end up in jail. Children who grow up in single-mother households are more likely to be single parents themselves and have lower average earnings in adulthood. Daughters in single-parent homes (of either type) tend to initiate sexual activity earlier and have higher rates of teen pregnancy than those in two-parent homes. The effect is stronger for single-mother homes. Children from single-parent homes are less likely to graduate college. The gap is larger for children from single-mother homes.

I don't disagree with you per se, but I do find that women with higher incomes tend to be less desirable for men, because they tend to seek men with equal or higher income than themselves. Same thing with prestigious jobs. They're more egotistical. I don't think men are intimidated by women like that. But stereotypes are based on observations of the majority and the majority of women seem to care a lot more for income and prestige than men do. Most of us don't care at all about your career.

I do agree you can come a long way with the right mindset. And have actually researched stoicism for myself. Love the ideas of Nietsche. But not everyone has that strength of mind and might need some external support, which you recognize.

I think we actually agree on this, it's just semantics. The men who refuse to seek aid and simply stay in the mud feeling sorry for themselves are the weakest of all. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Last point is also tied to semantics. I don't think they feel threatened, but I do agree that women with higher income is less desireable to men.

Men usually becomes single fathers due to an active choice, where they fight for custody and decides to raise the child alone, whereas women are the 'default' parent. Or due to how court procedures go (they generally favour the mother, so if the dad won, he must have demonstrated capability).

I feel like those statistics are like comparing everyone who applies to college vs. those who actually got in (proving their skill and merit)

I think some aspects of the statistics may be based on many multivariable factors.

But the facts are that generally, men are stricter than women when it comes to promiscuity and practice tough love (not being as overprotective as women) because they want their children to grow up strong and able to fend for themselves.

Women are less likely (nowadays) to discipline their children and much more likely to practice soft parenting, which results in spoiled and unruly kids that think they own the world. This is not based on statistics though. These are just my own observations.

I think promiscuity is due to lacking a father's love, rather than a diciplinary issue. The quickest way to earn a mans validation is to offer sex, especially if no man has told you, you've got other things to offer.
