I don’t think it does. R*pe is arguably the worst thing one person could do to another. Gang r*pe is worse yet. Can you imagine being the victim? Not knowing if one or more of her attackers might decide to k*ll her so she can’t report them. Then only ONE gets jail for his crimes despite DNA evidence of at least nine attackers. So she could very well have ended up pregnant with her r*pist’s child too. There was digital evidence of the attackers texting their friends and relatives to come join in the assault too.
A woman, in my mind, rightfully calls out a disgusting pig for being a disgusting pig and wishes horrible things upon him, and SHE gets jailed? Does this make sense to you?

Germany’s major elections following this event demonstrated a shift back toward center-right. Maybe the question was better asked, “Had Germany gone completely off the rails?”. But then i think the answer is simply ‘no’. Those elections proved that they could and did correct course, to some extent. I wonder if something like this might still happen though.

yeah the whole continent of Europe have been derailing for quite a while now.

In Germany it's illegal to insult someone, as well as hate speech. The funny thing is their Constitution does protect freedom of expression, but unlike the Us constitution it goes on to make a whole bunch of exceptions making it not a true freedom. In the US the Supreme court has had to make up BS and lies to ban Obscenities from the radio, but in Germany they don't even need to do this.

This seems to be a trend in Europe of defending rapists. Look at the grooming gangs in the UK, I just heard about something similar happening in Ireland.

It sounds like the 9 Rapists were all immigrants, so this makes sense.

The elections immediately following this incident suggests that Germany moved back toward the center with its newly elected officials. I wonder if this case had some influence on those results. I wonder if this could still happen there?
