Only way to know for complete 💯 honesty of something like this is to tell someone something that you have built trust with understanding that you know without asking they are a human above all others!

Very good. But dont tell me your secrets because ill tell you something you dont want to hear like how you need to face the fear and shout it to the world... it kills me to just be that shoulder to cry on when the problem is fixable. Just about every secret is nothing but facing a fear... its just sucks doing it. So ill keep the secert but imma also push you head first into it. Lol sorry, not sorry. I'm extremely good at it. I hear all kinds of things that would be embarrassing or troublesome to people, and I never repeat any of them, for several reasons. But the most significant reasons are my professional ethics and the fact that the law forbids me to repeat those things to anyone, anytime, ever. I've been asked for that kind of information before, and I refused to give it, risking jail several times. Your secret is safe with me if you share it in a professional context.
