It’s obviously sexist, and dudes have to go to gay bars to get free drinks. Or, if you consider tit for tat to be an exchange of gifts, buy a round and wait for your bar mate to return the favor. The last option is to sue.
California gets a lot of stuff wrong but they got one thing right for sure. “Ladies night” specials are against the law here, if they only apply to the ladies. If you have specials, they have to be equally available to men and women. There is no overseeing agency. The law is the result of a legal precedence and you have to file a complaint to identify violations, but it’s been done more than twice.
Win a lawsuit, and use the money to buy all the drinks! Ell oh ell!

If you think about it, it's a good way to get more women in there for the guys.
Guys will go to places where there are lots of women.
So actually it's really for the guys in the long run.
Don't you remember when clubs and bars had "Ladies Night"?
I used to go to this certain place to get the oil changed in my car. Every Tuesday was "Ladies Day". Half price oil change AND a long stem carnation.

It's sexist and shows something important i think. Women are sexualt desired ( way to to much if you ask me) and men are not. Guys would probably got to a bar if they herad there were topless women. I'd not to care if the bar had topless guts. Maybe they shoud give guys in suits free drinks lol... I'd stll not care XD

Bar, club, and restaurant owners figured out the whole revenue thing a long time ago. Men are ruled by their dicks. Women are motivated by free stuff and attention.

Depends. Are you going by the modern definition where "if it's not equal, it's discrimination", then yes. If you are going by the old meaning, where discrimination was believing and treating a group as inferior, then no. This doesn't treat men as inferior in any way.
