As for a 3rd term, that's not part of the constitution. At least, not the original constitution. That was added later because certain people where unhappy that the COUNTRY decided to elect the same man for 4 terms. I have a better question, if the majority of the country wants someone to be president, why should we make a rule that says they can't be president?

Overall, my last question on the second part is the biggest reason. Both sides are constantly ignoring the constitution. Why only when it benefits us to continue ignoring it, does it now matter that we follow it?

You're right (kind of). I shouldn't have said it doesn't apply. Instead, I should have said they DO get their due process. Due process is the process that is fair given the circumstances. If someone a cop respond to a call and someone has a gun and is threatening to kill, the cops asking him to drop his gun and surrender is that man's due process before the cops open fire. The due process for illegals in the country is making sure they are not either actually citizens, or here legally. They DO have their due process.

I know you don't like this; it upsets you, you don't think it's warranted for some people (especially non-white people), and you'd like to pick and choose who gets it and who doesn't. But you can't. Don't confuse being prosecuted for a serious crime with simply being deported. Prosecution for a serious crime DOES require a trial. That is due process for THAT situation. A speeding ticket does NOT require a trial, so that is due process for THAT situation.

The Supreme Court has made this clear.
