Why do a lot of leftists, especially male leftists, not have pronouns in their bio?

Because they don't need them and/or don't want them as in they don't need to bother with them.

Having a pronoun is not a requirement. It's letting others know how you want to be addressed - especially if you are not cisgendered. Others may do it out of solidarity.

But, really, for the most part, guys — all guys — are lazy and don't bother making things more complex than they need to be. So, if you don't need or want a pronoun, you don't bother announcing it.

I don't like how we have to counter bigotry. There's a bit of a song and dance that comes with meeting new introducing yourself and it's important to learn the curb and flow.
