Trump obviously is doing this for a pay out. Like c’mon, same with the pardons (he pardoned a drug trafficking tyrant leader from another country literally because he claimed he was persecuted by Biden Crime Administration “like Trump was” then gave him money).

I don’t like the broken system and those that benefit from it.
Insider trading, bribery, and going after political opposition are all signs of corruption which I don’t agree with as I would hope the majority of Americans too.

I completely agree with you. But the problem is that Americans don't see corruption, at least a number of Americans don't see corruption. They see Trump being "smart."

No, the oil companies, the military industrial complex, the banks, don't need to reimburse the US government for using the US military to steal Venezuelan natural resources. USA oil companies already paid and funded the campaigns of all politicians on both sides... most politicians also have stock on oil companies and military ones as well... again, both sides of the politics do this

all of these lobbyists do work with and also pay for the "aides" who shape policy in order to benefit these companies and many other as well

not a single congress person in the USA writes their own bills... these are always redacted by aides...

all of them are paying themselves really... and it's not only the USA, the UK will be there too as they always have been... BP, Shell... and others, always have joint ventures all over the world, and share the "risks" and also the profits

The oil companies are for the most part eating the expense of having lost their equipment 25+ years ago and the government is subsidizing the new equipment but the oil companies will ultimately "pay it off" by selling oil in the states at a lower cost.

Or at least I understand the deal to be some flavor of that idea from trumps press conference.

This is true. Countries will invite companies in to build oil/gas mining infrastructure and allowing them to make a profit and in return the host country profits.
It would be like if you were invited to set up a restaurant buisness in new york city and when you built the restaurant and made a big success of it new york city politicians decide to seize it fof themselves
