Because they're just wiping out programs entirely. They don't "care" which states need it. They don't differentiate between "red state need or poor" and "blue state needy or poor". There just happen to be WAY more red state needy and poor than blue.

All they care about it is eliminating the overall cost. Every state will lose aid. I was just pointing out that RED STATES are going to lose them too. And when they do, there will be FAR more people affected by it who were Trump supporters, and they're going to lose their minds.
